E-TIPS is a solution set of capabilities that are laser focused on: Preventative Health Monitoring which reduces ER visits and readmissions by creating: Independent Community Centers monitor 50 to 100 participants twice a week Vitals taken (weight, pulse, blood pressure, oxidization, etc.) General health questions are asked Results are recorded and reviewed by a medical professional Abnormal results are referred to participating hospital system or primary care physician. E-TIPS enables patients to securely monitor their healthcare while reducing the overall costs through reduction in readmissions and ER visits. Token-based E-TIPS is currently implemented in Baltimore ZETA center with MEDSTAR.
